This 100+ year old row home has been beautifully renovated and decorated and is located in  downtown St. John's.  Situated on a quiet one-way street, it is just minutes away from everything St. John's has to offer. 

We are proud to feature handmade natural skincare & haircare products from Tvål Skincare. These luxury products are made locally at Tvål's location on Water Street. Tvål products are made with love and extreme care, in small batches. 

The house features a beautiful patio and backyard with a sitting area, BBQ and propane fire pit. Sit back and relax after a great day exploring our colorful city. 

The house has everything you need for the perfect getaway. From a fully-equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee, hammocks to enjoy at Bannerman Park, backyard BBQ and firepit, laundry, and great internet. The property is also professionally managed and cleaned by our friends at Newground Property Management.
